We were planning on going on a picnic and walking in a state park along the Potomac River, but it supposed to rain, so we may order takeout and go to Johanna's to play WII, since we're supposed to watch the cats while they are out of town.

ReplyDeleteWell, Christmas has come and gone. We had a very nice time with Jonathan and Jessica. Joey and Steve went to his family in PA, so we had Christmas with them before they left. Jessica brought her WII and had Epic Mickey, so on the 24th, we still needed to get her gift, so Jess, Deane and I went shopping at Pentagon City mall where she had to exchange her present for Jonathan, she discovered a part was missing. We were surprised traffic was not bad and the mall was not horribly busy (as those were what Deane was complaining about allllllll the time! Jon stayed home and played Epic Mickey.) We had a good time anyways and got her a couple of things. Deane broke a family rule of no Christmas presents are opened on Christmas Eve, Jessica got "Catch Phrase" a game we all wanted to play, so- not even getting wrapped, we got out a bunch of snacks and played until we were all too tired to watch for Santa.
